in red and white
a dear symbol to me
which in short
actually only is a fabric
a fabric with a soul
but if you think
you have to burn it
it’s okay with me -

Danernes brogede dug
Flaget, der smælder i vinden
er rødt og hvidt,
et kært symbol for mig,
der i grunden
kun er et stykke stof,
et stykke stof med sjæl,
men hvis du mener,
at du bør brænde det
er det ok med mig -
